Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood review
The main character is Kahal. After numerous deaths of his relatives and the kidnapping of his own daughter, he goes to save her and take revenge on the guilty.
Passage alternates Action and Steals stages. The character is free to change his appearance at any time, there are three of them. In human form, he can communicate with NPCs, covertly eliminate opponents and some security systems using a crossbow, and interact with the environment.
In the form of a wolf, he also moves imperceptibly, but in addition it can crawl through small holes and ventilation shafts. Once discovered, it is worth taking the form of a werewolf. In it, the game turns into a bloody slasher. The player rips apart enemies with claws, alternating strong and fast attacks and using special skills.
When the special scale is filled, Kahal falls into insanity mode and begins to inflict significantly more damage. Each of the skins has its own leveling branch, but the level structure pushes the development of combat skills, since most situations and bosses involve open combat.
The enemies in Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood are usually soldiers armed with a variety of weapons and equipment, including robots. As you progress, the developers throw up new types of fighters, forcing them to look for alternative tactics. In addition to people, sometimes you will have to fight with representatives of other clans, who, for their own reasons, opposed their fellows.
The levels are completely linear, but sometimes there are open locations between them, where you can complete simple side quests: pray at a certain number of altars, find a spirit, and the like.
