Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos review

Unable to restrain powerful creatures, the deities sacrificed themselves, locking them in four crypts. Years passed and people reached Thassos. The titans awaiting imprisonment were gaining strength, but being unable to escape, they send hordes of monsters to the laity. As one of the travelers, players will confront evil in order to restore peace and balance.

Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos is a pixelated roguelike project with a top view and a spacious open world. You can play the game both in a company and alone. The gameplay is built around exploring the world, passing dungeons and building a settlement.

Waking up in the village of Intori, the hero almost immediately gets the task to get gems for the construction of buildings. Character pumping directly depends on the growth of the village: obtaining and pumping skills, learning new professions, and new quests are opened with the advent of new buildings.

The vastness of the world is huge, but you won't be able to visit everything at once, to open new paths you need certain equipment or skill. There are several classes to choose from with their own characteristics and appearance: warrior, thief, knight, magician, huntsman, sorcerer, pirate and reaper.

Most of the playing time in Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos takes place in procedurally generated dungeons. When entering them, all gems are taken from the inventory. The goal of the passage is to collect as much treasure and equipment as possible and not die in the process. In case of death, the character will be reborn at home.

A simple combat system allows you to beat opponents and block attacks. A rich arsenal and a variety of enemies add variety to the fights. Screenshots
