The game has a choice of four factions, each of which can be perfectly mastered if the stages of development are followed correctly. Added new areas of the map - Wildlands. You can study them in a squad with friends or alone, and in order to open dungeons, you can use magic or collect components for special tools.

The player has a personal castle, in which it became possible to raise buildings and trees at his own discretion, as well as improve equipment. For destroying enemies or searching dungeons, rewards are available in the form of weapons, recipes, armor, pets. The protagonist has a pet that accompanies him throughout the game. The pet is improved and strengthened with the help of special components. There can be several pets at the same time.

The graphics and animation are well done. Added a variety of skills for pumping the hero, items of equipment of different levels of rarity, a large assortment of weapons, a huge number of very strong antagonist bosses, pets fight with you, you can go through the game in co-op.

The plot is a continuation of the previous game. Torchlight 3 takes place 100 years after past events. Poverty and hunger reign everywhere, evil demons Netherima and their followers attack Novostray. The protagonist must not allow disorder. His task is to gather an army with a squad of friends and instantly oppose the enemy.

Constantly improving their skills, learning new spells, cultivating strength and spirit, crushing enemies, following the path of daring decisions and new adventures, the player is gradually approaching victory.
