The comrade of Artem Khan is sure that not all the "Blacks" are dead. Artem, along with Anna, the daughter of Miller, the leader of Sparta, will have to rise to the surface to make sure that there is no any "Black" left after Artem demolished them all in the previous part of the game. One of them survived, quite a young one. Telepathically he informs Artem that he will help to save humanity. But there are many circumstances on their way that will not allow them to do it safely.
During the game it is necessary to fight with different mutants and confront the enemy groups. The game will impress by the realism in the post-apocalyptic metro. It turns out later that the "Black" baby is not the only one survivor.
The leaders of the groups hide much. They lead a war between themselves, from which the innocent people suffer. Artem very often is at end up on the verge of life and death and saves in the last moment, when it seems that everything is already over. Every little thing will be close to reality. Do not forget to change the filters on the gas mask when you are on the surface. Check the serviceability of the weapon, sometimes it breaks down because of frequent use. The game has a special store in which you will select the most suitable weapon for yourself, which can be improved. You have to be smart and careful to survive.
