There are 5 possible locations, so you can play for the USA, Germany, Japan, Great Britain and the USSR. Each party has specific technologies, which is a great achievement of the developers. Each type of military equipment has a real prototype that was used during the war. Their specifications are similar to those which used to be produced. That’s why you will hardly succeed in brewing up the Tiger by a half-track bike with a machine gun.
The plot is practically absent; nevertheless, the gameplay is still thrilling. You are to defend your fortifications, to attack the enemies’ positions and to perform acts of sabotage by small squads. Undoubtedly, it`s not boring at all.
One of the most interesting features of the game is that you can destroy anything to the full. One shot of a tank easily reduces a small house to ruins. An aiming-thrown grenade is able to damage the caterpillar track, thus immobilizing it totally. In the multiplayer mode you can fight with your friends, as well as accomplish missions together.
