Levels are built according to the canons of Lego games: simple puzzles tied to the environment and some abilities of the characters; high destructibility of objects in the location for collecting coins; a large number of secrets and references that cannot be collected during the first passage; many models of vehicles, enemies and weapons, which can be found on the location.
Co-op passing is still fun and dynamic. In this part of the series, the screen was split into two parts for the first time, when partners run too far apart. With this opportunity, players are no longer connected by one screen and can solve different tasks in parallel to each other.
Another innovation was a full-fledged level editor. You can collect your own zone in it and then go through it. A variety of tools allows you to create truly unique locations and obstacles. Screenshots
