Solium Infernum review

The gameplay combines economic, military strategies and role-playing components. At the start, only a lonely stronghold is given, which must be defended. Victory is allowed not only by force, but also by cunning. Ample opportunities were provided for victory: buying mercenaries, searching for artifacts, diplomacy.
The playing field is typical for turn-based strategies - a top view, cells that are hexagons. In the process, the player’s territory expands until all the enemies are defeated. Directories and tutorials typical for this kind of games are missing. Solium Infernum requires deep study and is designed for many walkthroughs.
There is multiplayer - you can challenge a friend and play the game on the same computer with alternate moves or play by e-mail (PBEM). Screenshots
