The game allows the player to feel like a driver and provides a fairly wide range of capabilities, the main of which are: delivering important goods from one point to another, transporting passengers, sorting cars and creating new routes in a special map editor.

The game was developed using the PhysX engine, therefore, it has pretty good graphics for its time compared to other analogues. To this day, the franchise is designed and developed under the name Train Simulator 2020.
The player is able to conquer thousands of kilometers on real railroad tracks that exist at different time intervals - for example, Newcastle - York model 1970 or a branch of Germany model 90s. The game features 4 large line of branches based on existing in reality.
The main 3 branches run in the UK: Oxford - Paddington (3 scenarios), Bath Templecomb (4 scenarios) and Newcastle York (4 scenarios). The latter is represented by the German branch of Hagen - Siegen (4 scenarios).
Various types of railway transport are available to the player’s order - from steam engines to modern electric representatives. And the available coloring sets allow you to decorate your train to your taste. Screenshots
