At the beginning of his career, the player chooses from eight characters, each of whom represents a specific country and has four unique cars. Each car has different characteristics with an emphasis on four directions: acceleration, drift, top speed and a solid midrange.

Each driver and his cars are only cosmetically customized. There are no performance improvements or external tuning. The behavior of the car is as arcade as possible. It is possible to perform a controlled drift, for which nitro is given, which significantly accelerates the movement for a short time. Implemented a slipstream (driving in a thin air stream behind the body of another car), which also gives acceleration points.

Races take place on the ring tracks. The pilots are constantly adjusted by a timer, the time to which is added after passing the checkpoint. If the time expires, the engine will stall and the participant is eliminated from the competition. The locations themselves are quite varied and the races take place in interesting places. You will be given a ride through the aircraft graveyard and at the foot of the snow-capped mountains.

There are four modes to choose from in Hotshot Racing. The Grand Prix will have four championships with four races each. After completing in second or third place, the hero will be shown on a pedestal. For the championship, a unique video will open with the further fate of the character.

In single-player mode, there are three more race options: Arcade, Cops and Robbers, in which the police are trying to catch criminals. Here it is necessary to maintain a certain speed in order to avoid a bomb explosion. There is also a time trial - this is a classic competition with a stopwatch and your own ghost.
