Retro City Rampage is a parody game on the old eight-bit games of the distant 80-90s. It was released by a little-known American company VBlank Entertainment on October 9, 2012. Initially, the developers planned to release it as a parody game to the first part of the Grand Theft Auto game, but later elements from other old school games were added there.

Pixel graphics and a huge number of "Easter eggs" (for example, pipelines from Super Mario) will not leave gamers indifferent from the age category "30+". Well, those who are younger have the opportunity to learn the history of the beginning of the development of the gaming industry.
Mostly the game "have got" GTA. As the game progresses, a mode similar to "madness" becomes available.
