Virtua Tennis 2009 review

The developers introduced a convenient character editor system into the game, where the player can adjust the posture to select positions. To the player’s attention are all the well-known and improved tennis courts, a well-developed system of weather conditions, high-quality sounds of the environment and spectators, as well as a convenient change in camera view: audience mode and low over-the-shoulder view. The peculiarity of the courts is the new speed of the balls.
In online game mode, a player can play online with friends, earn in-game money in tournaments, and purchase special rackets and new clothes in a special store. The new online rating system forces the player to actively maintain the rating of his character. At the same time, the generated 3D audience constantly moves, cheers up when a victory hits, or makes noise if the athlete stumbles. World stars are also available to the player’s disposal: Ana Ivanovich, Andy Murray, Boris Becker, Tim Henman, Svetlana Kuznetsova and others. Screenshots
