Galactic Civilizations II: Twilight of the Arnor review

The gameplay suggests leading the chosen civilization to victory. There are many ways to achieve the goal: war, cultural excellence, unification of all races, technological breakthrough and capture of important points of the galaxy.
All actions are reflected in the equivalent of points. For example, to research new technology, a certain number of science points are required. The player will explore and colonize uncharted planets, create infrastructures on them and monitor the prosperity of the empire. You can choose from existing ship models or create your own fleet.
There are 12 fractions to choose from, each with its own bonuses and disadvantages. The research tree is unique to each of them. You can choose a civilization suitable for the style of the game or create your own race. Free play mode can offer the size of the map, which will take several real days to study. Screenshots
