But everything did not go according to plan, and she and her sectarians disappeared without a trace. Fifteen years later, her children received a strange letter, and the most devoted followers went to her home to investigate the incident and exorcise the demon.

First, you are given a choice between several characters. The choice does not affect the gameplay in any way, only the appearance. After a short introductory video, the group finds themselves at an abandoned mansion.

For the ritual, it is required to sacrifice several ritual goats. This can be done only in a specially designated place with a fire in the middle. Many rooms are closed, you need to find keys to their doors. The location of the items changes with each new launch, creating a decent level of replay value.

A well-coordinated team is needed to be successful. Each squad member can only carry one item at a time. In addition, monsters and the possessed Anna herself, attacking from the darkness and making frightening sounds, will constantly interfere with the sectarians. The further the heroes advance, the more aggressive they become. They can only be resisted with the help of an ultraviolet flashlight - this is the only weapon in the game. For the final victory, you need to lure and burn the witch.

There is also a single-player mode in Devour, which implies an overestimated difficulty, since it is extremely difficult for one to complete all the actions. Matchmaking allows you to connect with friends and find a randomly selected group. Chat is provided for communication. Screenshots
