The gameplay has 2 types: peaceful development and war. Initially, the player needs to choose one of many characters. Under each character there is a very detailed historical description: who he was, what he did, etc.
There are several game modes: campaign, network game and free passage. In the campaign you need to complete the missions provided by the game. Total missions 40. Multiplayer, has 6 modes. Free passage is a free development without missions.
The game has nice graphics, undoubtedly ahead of its predecessors, such as Glory of the Roman Empire and Imperium Romanum. And also the interface is understandable even to beginners, so the game can be safely recommended to each user.
