Darkest of Days review

The main character is shot by an Indian and he is already preparing to die, as a portal opens nearby. A man comes out of it and takes Alexander, barely alive, with him from the battlefield. It further turns out that the player is in the future. He was saved by an employee of the Kronotek company. The hero is recruited into employees and told that terrorists intervene in the decisive battles of the great wars. They destroy important historical figures, thereby changing the future. The player will travel through eras and prevent the actions of enemies.
The Darkest of Days presents 4 eras: the American Civil War, the First and Second World War, the death of Pompeii. Locations are not linear, open cards with the ability to select tactics for passing are presented. Performing the main mission, the player is invited to complete secondary tasks. Massive battles, often with the main character, about 100 NPCs go on the offensive. On the battlefield there are opponents, illuminated by a blue aura. These are people important for the era and cannot be killed. They can be neutralized by the nanobots that Alexander receives in the future. Screenshots
